Introduction
Unit: Distribution of specialized staff
Major Tasks and Activities
- Providing medical staff required by educational medical centers and hospitals (e.g. specialists and general practitioners)
- Exchanging correspondence with the esteemed Director General of the Hospital Management and Clinical Service Excellence and announcing the needs of affiliated units to specialist physicians
- Distributing specialist physicians among all centers based on the extent of their activities, bed occupancy rates, number of available specialists, etc.
- Sending correspondence regarding staff transfer, retirement and resignation cases, unpaid break from work, etc. (specialist physicians are concerned)
- Sending correspondence regarding the recruitment of medical personnel in the form of various contracts (paying for service, new system, Note 3, Article 2) on the basis of declared requirements
- Sending correspondence regarding the recruitment of personnel who are subject to statutory obligations (the K coefficient plan), (e.g. introducing them to relevant bodies, issuing certificate of completion of obligations, etc.)
- Obtaining information of specialist physicians from affiliated units in order to complete the Deputy’s database and inserting these data into the Ministry’s website
- Submitting the list of junior assistants to the Ministry to dispatch these individuals to the one-month plan, and informing the Ministry and the Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Education about the termination of their courses
- Complying with relevant rules, regulations and guidelines provided by the Ministry and the University regarding the distribution of specialist physicians
- Sending correspondence regarding the recruitment of general practitioners and specialists
- Sending correspondence to affiliated centers and the Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Development regarding needs assessments, seasonal allowance and distribution of general practitioners, subject to the service law
- Adding information of all specialist graduates on the Ministry’s website in order to fulfill legal obligations associated with the K coefficient plan and for distributing them among various centers
Major Tasks of Administrative Affair Office
- Reviewing filled employment forms in order to ensure about the accuracy of responses
- Preparing personnel drafts (e.g. drafts on transfer orders, salary raises, vacations, promotions, overtime work, etc.) after informing superior authorities and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
- Reviewing incoming suggestions and requests on employment, changing employment status, promotion, retirement, pension, etc.
- Handling issues related to staff insurance and welfare
- Planning and management of personnel affairs
- Implementing the predetermined policy and taking necessary measures to achieve desired goals
- Recruitment and introduction of qualified employees for required jobs
- Preparing necessary regulations and instructions
- Attending different committees and meetings
- Anticipating the needs of corporate personnel and taking action to supply those needs
- Studying employment laws and regulations and making decisions on how to enforce those laws and regulations
- Taking necessary measures to improve current affairs
- Preparing necessary reports
